This term we have been learning about weather. In art I created a stormy night picture. First I dyed my  paper. The colors were dark blue middle blue and then light blue. We had to kind of blend the colors together. Then we got a black paper and we made a silhouette we could do what ever we wanted to. Next we glued it on with pva glue and then we had to hold it down for a few seconds. The last and final thing to do was to make the big black storm clouds and then put the lighting with white paint.

WALT use paint to create the effect of feather.
The progress was easy. The first step is to sketch the penguin. Step 2 was to paint the black. Step 3 paint the yellow and orange paint. Step 3 was to paint the eye and do the gray if you wish to.

My Sunset

We have been learning to do pastel art work.  We have also been learning about warm colors and cold colors. At the top i have the sun and i used Orange yellow and red and i smudge it together to make the sun color. Then i have the grass the color i used for the grass was green. Last of all i have the water i used light blue dark blue and and green for the seaweed. Then I smudge a little bit of the dark blue with the light blue.
